That depends on what you plan to do on your Pocket PC. Reading an e-book
with almost minimal brightness should give you about 7 - 9 hours of
continuous use. Playing a game - 4 hours. Listening to music with screen
turned off - 10 hours.

I regularly fly with mine. It, like all other electronic
devices, is not allowed to be used during take off and landing.
The batteries last about 8-12 hours of continous use, although
it's very dependant on the usage, especially the backlight and
the standby time setting.

The one useful thing about the 2210 battery is that you can take a spare
with you and change it easily. Search the net and you'll find a battery for
a reasonable price.
I often carry a cheap USB sync cable. If anyone nearby has a laptop you can
always charge from that, even though you don't sync.

I don't necessarily think so. I get closer to 8 than to 3 hours.
A lot is depending on what you're doing with it of course, since
some tasks (like MP3 playing, movie watching, playing graphical
games) cost more battery life than others.

No, they are serious. I use my 2210 mostly as a PIM, routeplanner and for
office tasks, and inbetween do some mah-yong or cardgaming. I hardly use
sound, and my backlit is set to about 60% when on battery use. And my
2210 can be used about 8 - 10 hours constantly before running out of
power. Enough to help me through a working day.
