Windows 7 system reserved needed for Windows 8 activation?
Nov 6, 2012, 3:34 AM
hello, quick question.
I made the mistake of installing my windows 7 on my ssd with a hdd connected a while back. Which caused a system reserved to be created on my hdd. The hdd is purely for storage of files.
I just purchased the update version of windows 8 for my pc, with the iso mounted on the disk.
Now if i install windows 8 without my hdd connected (has the system reserved on it) will i have an issue with activation?
Since im going to format the ssd..then install the OS
I was hoping to remove the system reserved partition..
