Is there a list of Excel functions not offered inthe
Pocket Excel version? I've surfed MS's sites around
Pocket PC, Mobile, Excel & Pocket Excel to no avail.

Hello Russ,

Although it is not a very comprehensive list but have you taken a look at
the Help file provided with ActiveSync....

* Open Activesync -> Click Help and open Microsoft Activesync help.
* Click the Index tab and enter Excel and search.... read the topic - "
Excel attributes supported in Pocket Excel"

The most significant difference in my opinion is that you can't even open
normal MS Office documents with Pocket PC without Activesync converting them
into a "PPC format". Fortunately there are third party applications, such as
the Clearvue Suite, that enable this.

You CAN open MS Office documents that are not converted (on PPC 2002 and WM
2003) - for example one's received by e-mail thru InBox.

Actually, you can turn off the conversion through tools>options in
activesync.
