For me, it's W and S. Not sure if that's the default. But you can change it
on the configuration menu.
Anyway, hold W for the full length of the "in" stroke. Then S. Repeat.
It doesn't seem to be important how long you hold S. But you must hold W for
the full thrust. The girls like it "deep".
