Read a book about how to get back at people, One of the stunts was, you ring up the Salvation army and say "I drive past your clothing bins every night and I see a guy/lady there stealing clothes out of your clothing bin, I dont know who they are, but this is thier rego number" give the Salvos the rego number of the person and they will do the rest.
