OK, I know its probably been asked before, and I've checked most of the info
supplied but I still have a little problem.

I'm using a iPAQ 3850 with Bluetooth CF Jacket (Yeh, I do know they make
newer machines), I have AS 3.7.1 installed, it was working OK via USB with
no problems. Now I can't get any connection, I have the COM port configured
as per instructions. AS does pick up on the signal and starts up OK but then
I get the dreaded screen that it doesn't recognise the iPAQ and asks if I
want to stop it from looking for my 3850.

No I have no connection to my desktop and no sync method, is there a fix of
some sort that I may have missed???

Thanks for the help in the past and for any that may be forthcoming.

Try reinstalling ActiveSync - they came out with another build recently that
fixed problems with serial connections. Yes, it's still called 3.7.1, but
it's a new build. Hope that helps.
