how do i reset my admin password?

login as administrator and change your password

ask the admin to do it!

You should log on as a admin, and then go on administrative tools in the control panel, and then click the computer management. Click local users and groups, click on the users folder, right click the administrator account and click set password. There it will ask you to set a new password.
