Well, you can reset or change windows password with an available admin account.
If you don't have an administrator account password or a password reset disk, the best way for you to reset Windows password is to get a Windows Password Unlocker tool, like Windows Password Unlocker. It allows you to create a password reset disk CD/DVD or USB flash drive and remove lost password with the CD/DVD in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Burn a bootable CD/DVD USB flash drive with the program.
Step 2: Boot your locked computer from CD/DVD USB flash drive.
Step 3: Reset lost Windows password with the burned CD/DVD USB flash drive.

You should log on as a admin, and then go on administrative tools in the control panel, and then click the computer management. Click local users and groups, click on the users folder, right click the administrator account and click set password. There it will ask you to set a new password.
