Are you having trouble with dropped frames while video cap..

I was having this very same problem of dropped frames while trying to
capture video and sound while using the onboard sound (nForce Audio) on this
motherboard and in the end I found out that the cause was that I had the
sound recording with the video as 22Khz 16bit Stereo and once I changed it
to 44Khz 16bit Stereo the problem suddenly disappeared! So if you've tried
everything else and can't figure out why there is still dropped frames then
this may be the solution!
