...that you can't get to the map using a button on the joypad!

Unless you have one of those new-fangled fancy controllers where you can
hook regular keys to buttons from windows, perhaps..

Or is there another solution?

Or perhaps there's some software that works with any USB controller,
allowing you to bind keyboard presses to that button?

Or maybe I'll ask Patrick, the guy from the Hot Coffee mod (he's from
Holland as well), he'll surely know if this can be modded ;-)
