6800 Utra RAM speed

How fast are the RAM chips on the 6800 Ultra?
Ive read that Leadtek are using 2ns chips. But then
they must be running faster than specs officially allows?

He means 1.6ns not 1600MHz.

Still very low, does anyone know what speed the Leadtek cards runs at?, the
ns of the memory?

You'll find most Ultras are fitted with 1.6ns DDR3 although there are a few
fitted with 2.0ns (more commonly specified on 6800GTs).
