I purchased Move@Mac software from White Canyon Software and installed it on my old PC and new Mac, but I can't find it on the Mac so that I can run it and transfer data from my PC

It should be in Programs or Utilities, if not you'll have ask them where it installs.

Why not use the built-in Migration Assistant?

If you open a Finder window, it should bring you to your main hard drive or to your documents, all depending on what OS you have, the defaults are different. On the left, you should see a pane which lists other locations on the drive. Your installed programs will be in Applications, so click on that, and everything's in there.
