Can anyone tell me what the largest hard drive this will support?

Thanks

With the latest BIOS, 127 GBytes. It has only an ATA33 controller, so
if you're going to use a new drive, a controller card would be a good
investment, as every current 7200 rpm desktop drive will be bottlenecked
by that.
