350W PSU can be use is kind of hard to determine without more specific item
catelog in the PC. Generally speaking it should be ok or better try it and
see if perform without any hic-up / problem without any optimization method.

Note -
I understand you mention about above item ** P4 2.0 with Gigabyte Ga8pe667
Motherboard and a HEC 350 Watt ** and been taken it into account.

Your PSU should have extra power cable [molex] for your 6800 / GT card.
