can anyone help me to locate info on an old Canon device it is a backup device made by canon external with scsi interface model MO5001s about 1991/92 it appears to work just like to find out about it. it is a laser product of some sort?

What kind of media does it use? I assume from the laser it's Very early cd burner? possibly MO disk?
