Hello Tu:

There is a great step by step done by the folks at Geekzone:

http://www.geekzone.co.nz/content.asp?contentid=1423

and at www.bluetoothnews.com:

http://www.bluetoothnews.com/features/ActiveSync.htm

In a nutshell:

Basically you will have to establish a partnership with your PPC and PC.
Set Activesync on your PC to coincide with the Bluetooth COM Port.
Pair Your PC and PPC and enable the Activesync by Bluetooth service.
Initiate Activesync via BT on your PPC and you should connect
