Here are a few prices for the Radeon 9800 Pro & the 6600GT at newegg.
Best deal price-wise for a 9800 Pro is the 1st one, a PowerColor at
$205.50.

The 6600GT for PCI-Express is cheaper. One refurb was $166. Two 6600GT
AGPs for salle, one for $229, an "Apollo" brand. The otherAGP is a XFX
brand at $240. (6600GTs are bottom enties).
