Video Card & CPU Question

If only considering video card and CPU, how fast would a CPU have to be to keep it from being a bottleneck with a 6800 GT card?

P4 3GHz+.. AMD 3000+, ideally. The 6800GT's and Ultra's are still somewhat
CPU limited by the fastest processors out there, if I recall the benchmarks
I've seen correctly. So they have some room to grow in the future.

Depends on the game. Some (e.g. HL2, Far Cry) have a lot of outdoor
environments and bright textures, so FSAA is very necessary.
