Hello,

For the life of me I couldn't find the old message
again in which this problem has been described
before, So I thought i'd ask, Who can provide some
insight on this matter.
I have an iPAQ 5550, and a Nokia 6310 mobile phone.
Both equipped with Bluetooth, bonded, and the ISP
connection is set up and works fine. However;
When I tell Pocket Outlook to check for new mail
every 30 minutes, I see this behaviour:

iPAQ is turned off, phone is on. iPAQ internally
wakes up and the phone wakes up and states it is
connected to Xarane (My iPAQ) after which the
phone's screen reverts to the regular idle screen
again. after about 20 seconds the phone beeps
loudly and states it had disconnected from Xarane.

When I turn on the iPAQ, I see either:

1. The animated double arrows in the taskbar
as if it was trying to connect, but doesn't.
2. A long bubble message stating that for some
unknown reason it was unable to connect and that
I should check my connection settings.
3. A bubble message stating that the answering
modem has not responded and hung up.
4. The iPAQ will immediately proceed to connect
to the internet and checks mail then and there.
5. Nothing at all.

Either way it goes it does not connect to the
internet automatically.
Manually starting the connection by tapping on
the Send/Receive icon in Pocket Outlook works
fine as well as acessing the internet through
Pocket Internet Explorer.

Was there ever a fix for this? to me it seems that
either the phone or the iPAQ is doing some bad timing
and breaks the connection before it finishes.
Few details about my iPAQ are that I have the password
feature turned on, asking for both Alphanumeric pass
and a fingerprint, there are no third-party mail or
internet programs installed besides Inkspot, which isn't
active at those times.

Thank you for your time.
