If the line in Activesync containing Microsoft Money is greyed and the
status is "Attention required", here are a few things that you can try to
overcome the problem:

1. Attempt synchronization after performing a soft reset.
2. Use Repair feature in Money to eliminate any possible Money data file
corruption. Refer the following MSKB artilce:

3. Delete and then re-create the Activesync partnership.

* To delete the partneship --

1. Disconnect your device from your computer.
2. On the File menu, click Mobile Device.
3. Select the device with the partnership you want to delete.
4. On the File menu, click Delete Partnership.

* To re-creating the partnership --

1. Connect your device to the computer. The New Partnership
wizard will start automatically.
2. Follow the directions on the screen.

It appears that this behavior is just some kind of bug in Pocket
Money. Using the Money "repair" option and recreating the partnership
doesn't appear to have any effect. I've just learned to live with it.
