Going to college soon and could use the extra space created by getting an LCD. I'm not willing to order over the internet because I don't want to deal with dead pixels and shipping costs. So is the Nec Multisync LCD 1530V worth the extra money in saved space or should I just get a more reliable CRT?
I don't have it, but I've seen it in stores and the colours look dazzling. The monitor does look a bit thick for an LCD however (almost 3 inches thick). It has a good OSM with automatic setting that adjust brightness, contrast and screen size.
