Hi,

When trying to open Windows Media on my PPC, the screen is flickering once,
and nothing happens.

I think I have to re-install it, but where to find the soft ?
Unable to find a full version neither on my PPC installation CD nor on the
microsoft site.

Hi niris,

have you tried to do a softreset? If it's still not working, the way to get
the OS working properly again is thru a hardreset. Then you'll have your
Pocket PC as you received it the first day, so be careful to make a backup
of your data.

Thanks for answering.
In fact, i've phoned HP helpdesk some minutes ago and this what they are
telling to me (HardReset)

Did you install any skins? and then deleted them?

You might have deleted part of the skin...

Yes, thios was a skin problem but resolved now...hard reset done !!! :o)
