Hi

I have a 6800GT with a 1600*1200 TFT, and now I want to add a second
monitor.
Can the second TFT be a lower res, ex 1280*1024. I seem to remember that I
tried this and had troubles getting the monitors to run at different
resolution

Any help greatly appreciated

yes it is possible to run both monitors from the one card at different
resolutions.

Yes you can, so long as you are not using Clone (the smaller res screen will
pan) or a Spanning mode (the dimension where the screens "join" needs to be
the same IIRC). If you're intending to use this in a DualView mode you'll be
fine.
