In May 1999 I purchased a Gateway Performance 500 PC with VX900T Monitor.
Lately, once every second day, or so, the Monitor developes a spark, and it
looses picture for a second, or two. After that, it resumes performing
without a problem. At one point the address display, in the left corner of
the monitor, and the status bar did not advance, it started flickering, and
it did not function properly.
What would cause this problem, and how do I determine if it is related to
the CRT, PC or software?
