hi,
I just built a new gaming machine and put a 60GB SSD in for o.s and a 1t.b. f3 for storage,
can i put my user directories onto the f3 so that when i go to install stuff it doesn't auto go to the c drive and if so how ?
thanks

Relocating "My Documents" (found by googling "windows 7 relocate my documents"):

Whenever you install other applications, browse to the location you want them stored . . . likely, "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" on your "D" drive, the latter for 32-bit programs. You will have to create these folders the first time you try to install to them. AFAIK, you cannot make installs default to the "D" drive, so you often need to choose "Custom Install" to get the option to browse to "D".
