Relocating "My Documents" (found by googling "windows 7 relocate my documents"):

Whenever you install other applications, browse to the location you want them stored . . . likely, "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" on your "D" drive, the latter for 32-bit programs. You will have to create these folders the first time you try to install to them. AFAIK, you cannot make installs default to the "D" drive, so you often need to choose "Custom Install" to get the option to browse to "D".
