No! The 5900 SE doesn't "really" exist. It is just a product from various
retailers who want to sell you a card with cheap memory and lower
clockrates.

Geforce FX 5900 SE:
Core: 350 Mhz
Memory: 700 Mhz

Geforce FX 5900:
Core: 400 Mhz
Memory: 850 Mhz

Geforce FX 5900 Ultra:
Core: 450 Mhz
Memory: 850 Mhz

The 5900 XT should be pretty equal to the FX 5900, maybe a bit slower. You

I thought there was an SE that had only 64-bit memory. I don't think
it's an official NVIDIA design though, like the XT. Like the other
posts said, it's probably a hacked down XT.

No. The 5900SE was basically the moniker that evga and pny gave to their
5900XT boards. They are basically downclocked 5900s, clocked at about
390/700. Some were clocked at 400/700. They all have the full 256 bit
memory.

Nvidia has used XT for slower models, ATi uses XT for their faster models.

I have a 5900SE in my other gaming rig,but really not sure,i think the XT
has alittle more power over the SE.

Hi,

Just wanted to let you guys know that I'm waiting for my new EVGA FX 5900 SE
to arrive. Got it for real cheap and it also includes the Call of Duty
game!! From what I've read and from the specs, it's damn near the same as
the XT version!
