In Vice City under water there were almost 'everywhere' ship wreckage,
submarines (in the north area of the sea you could see a submarine just
3 meter under you ...) and dead men under water.
But Tommy didn't know how to swim...
In San Andreas CJ can swim and there are no wreckages, no dead men, and
only an emerged submarine ????
And only a sign of the earthquake in the area of San Fierro ?
Did you find any wreckage under water ?
P.S. : in Los Santos you can find the hovercraft ... it's in the
studios area ... if you can't find it I can try to search again for the
area where to find that ... while searching for the sentinel I found
almost everything .....

any wreckage ....and what signs of earthquake? I didn't see any of that
either?!

under the sea in the west side of san fierro. Or between the bridges
(north area of San Fierro).
I don't recall the position, but the crack is pretty big...
if you swim underwater you can see a crack, and if you have full
'underwater ability' then you can go near the crack also ...
