iPAQ Rom Image and Clear Type

Has anyone else noticed that ClearType Tuner Does nothing after installing
the latest iPAQ Windows Mobile 2003 ROM? I have the latest ROM 1.10.10 and
when I make adjustments with Clear Type Tuner I get no changes.

I am using the iPAQ 5555 so I am curious if its just with the 5555?
