gateway 6400 server

This is an old machine by now but mine is still running fine.

I have barely used it the last 2 years because it is loud.

If you own this pc, please post if you have any experiences in the
followings:

1. 120 mm exhaust fan is loud. Easy to fix.

2. First CPU fan can be turned off and I plan to put
a Zalman FB123 on top of it. That should work.

3. The heat sink on the 2nd cpu is a cooler master, 50mm sq,
it is noisy too but it will run hot without the cpu
fan. Any suggestion for a heat sink replacement?
I *think* the max clearance is 60 mm sq.

4. This is the worst, the PSU is quite loud, so I tried
to replace it with an antec 400w SmartPower but it will
not fit into the case. GW was playing some dumb games
with proprietary equipments.
Any suggestion how to resolve this problem w/o replacing
the case? After all it is an old PC and I like the case.

I think the board (based on asus cur-dls) is standard ATX,
but noting how GW went to the such a great distance
with the PSU, I am not 100% sure.
