Upgrade to Compact Framewoprk SP2

Hi there,

I have an HP4150 - what are my options / how do I upgrade it to Compact
Framework SP2 as it arrived with the RTM release. Ideally I would like the
upgrade to sit on the ROM...

You cannot modify the ROM yourself; the update will be installed to RAM.
