Today I ran Future Mark 05 and my result was just under 3000. Looking at my
specs is that a good score.

System Specs:

Dell 8200

Pentium 4

2-gig processor

768 RD Memory

Leadtek 6600GT AGP

It's acceptable, why don't you try the project search and compare at
Futuremark? I see a 3.2 GHz P4 w/ 6600GT getting 3126, you're not far
off from that.

For some reason I can't get 05 to run on my comp..
FX55, 2x 6600gt's in SLI, but I do get 15000 points in the 03 benchmark.
I'm using the 71.84 drivers and the 05 crashes just after the 1st demo.

Right, those scores are just ball park indicators. I think there is
something wrong with a scoring system that gives TWICE the score for
10-15% more machine capability :)

You could contact the Futuremark people and tell them about that, along
with your full system specs. I think they'd appreciate it.

I´d try a newer driver together with the 05´update.

I could, but it really doesn't bother me that it doesn't run, all I'm
concerned with is the actual games I play..they all run smooth at 1200x1600
with all the good stuff switched on :)

It depend very much on your system. I got just over 4800 in 3DMark05
without any o/c on VGA card or CPU.
My system is Intel 3.4G with 1G PC3200 RAM on dual channel. VGA card
is Inno3D 6800GT 256M with latest driver 71.84. M/B Gigabyte 8IK1100
(rev.2)

Your score seems reasonable.
