drivers or the game. Can't seem to see any options ?

It's on automatically. You might have to set everything to Very High?
Geometry instancing is on automatically as well with SM 3.0.

Turn off Antialiasing first. (Cannot do Antialiasing and HDR Lighting at the
same time.)

Go to your console and type...

\r_HDRrendering X

X = a number between 1 and 11 ( 0=off )
