New Win 7 PC-Losing MS Office 2003 HELP

I like Open Office but I need Outlook and Access...do you know of any alternatives to these two programs??? Thanks. Valerie

Thank you for the info. Do you know...can I transfer a data base from Access to the program you suggest? Same question for the Outlook alternative...can I transfer my data???
