Hold on...

I've completed my import list... now you're telling me that car is gone
forever???

I jacked TWO... one for the import list and one for my garage. Now that
means I have the only car of that type in all of SA!

I'm wondering why they decided to make some cars so unique.

No. You can now get it from the import list anytime you want.

Under the Sphinx in Las Venturas.

Occasionally it does spawn else where, but only on the random spawn
spots.
