Cheapest component (3 plug Y, Pb, Pr) tv-out solution

Gigabyte or MSI GeForce 128 MB AGPx8 6600 GT come with the dongle. There're
a few others as well.

I think all the 6600 GT cards support HDTV. I have an XFX 6600 GT and I
borrowed a dongle from a mate with Gigabyte card and it worked with it. So
I'm guessing all 6600 GTs with the 9 pin mini-DIN connector will support it,
though the dongle may not come with it.
