W7 and High CPU Usage

why my cpu usage show 100% and become warm....my laptop is ACER 4738z...with with windows 7 ultimate....help me please?? what should i do?

Is the CPU usage consistently at 100 percent, no matter how long it is on? Is the laptop shutting itself down due to the heat? Did you install W7 on it or did it come with it?

Look in task manager - what process is causing the high CPU usage?
