Power problem maybe? Does the 6200 have a 4 pin molex power socket?

Make sure you have a good power supply and look at the joiner from
power supply to motherboard to see if there are any black burn marks,
indicating a bad connection or failing power supply. The new card
could be trying to pull too much current from the supply which heats
things up and causes voltage to drop, which can cause reboots, crashes
lockups in games etc... Happened to me. Getting a 450 watt power
supply for my 6600 GT cured it....
