Hi all,
My friend has bought a new PC and is trying to run "Stronghold 2".
When he starts the game the monitor goes black and gives the message
"display setting not supported h 42hz v 85.1hz" or something like that.
It seems the game is trying to use a refresh rate outside the monitors
range, but 85hz does not seem that high!
I suggested he tries to alter the refresh rate in his display properties but
I can not see a way to do this with the 71.98 drivers.
Also his monitor shows a just default monitor in the device manager, with no
detail or the fact its a LCD so the "hide settings monitor does not support"
does nothing.
I think the PC and monitor are fujitsu
Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem?
Sorry I do not have too many details but it is not my PC.

Set it to 60hz. LCD's only work at 60. They don't use refresh the same way
CRT's do.no flickering.
