My fan on my NVidia 5900 is making a terrible noise.
Are those fan's easy to replace ?
Today, the card complained about the temperature and so I opened the
PC. The fan was not running. Luckily for me, I managed to get it going
again after removing some dust and spin it around manually (during all
this the PC was powered down of course...)

Quite easy to replace, no more difficult than changing a CPU heatsink
and fan. Plenty of aftermarket options available.

Get the spray lube Inox and use that liberally on the fan once its
disassembled and cleaned.
