Weird glitch

I was in San Fierro inside the safe house near the curvy road "Lombard
Street" and walked outside. I pissed off some cops and got a 2 star level.
I stole one of their cars, and I noticed it was an LSPD car. I happened to
have a LVPD car in my garage at the time, so maybe that caused the glitch.
Anybody else seen this one?

I always thought Elvis is a black guy, Michael Jackson is a white guy
.....am I wrong?!?!

I don't pay that much attention to the cops cars, but I did get a
black elvis just outside CJ's first safe house after doing my run over
to Las venturas to gather oysters. He seemed as surprised as I, just
before I shot him :O)

I was hanging out in the Fort Carson Tunnel with a 6 star wanted level, and
I could hear helicopters flying over me. I did the remove wanted level
cheat, and was driving up by The Big Ear and I could see helicopter blades
coming up from out of the ground, and I could also hear it. Odd.

This happens if you have a gun battle with the cops in front of
Michelle's garage, though it can also happen at katie's too. They get
stuck inside the buildings or ground level. best one I have had is the
small water tower across from barbara's base. helicopter was actually
stuck inside the legs! Also, try this. Collect oysters very early in
the game so you will get the usual high stars when you go onto the
other land masses. Go to the very top of the map in a plane and come
down into the dam area, where you can ditch the plane and go for the
three or so oysters in that area. They'll send the choppers in but, I
think due to the high water level, the choppers either come at you
just in the water or they simply get stuck in it. They don't fire at
you cos they're effectively in the water.

I took a chopper to LV before it was opened, and crashed it. I respawned
back in SF, and suddenly a LVPD car screeched to a halt at the hospital. The
cops inside paused for a minute, and then just drove away.

Heh, that's it, it is like a little time warp from the action you had
just been involved in. No wonder my black Elvis looked so stunned!
