Sorry for the stupid question but I am rather unexperienced in the
whole subject, I have an old nvidia geforce 2 with TV-out /old type
S-video/ but when I connect a TV to my it there is no picture , no
signal.
What should I do to get the image on a TV-screen, Do I need any special
driver or extra software to obtain it?
Thank you in advance for help.

Just connect and switch on yer TV before yer PC and then boot up.

Once this is done, the nVidia display applet will give you options to switch
to the TV. BTW, if you have a geforce 2 MX, you can drive both the TV and
monitor at the same time, but for any other GF2 or GF3, you can only have
one display at a time.
