I'm more curious what is your take on everything unethical nVidia did recently. From HL2 to the recent 50.71 drivers that have been proven to lower image quality to prove a point: Screw the consumers.
Above all, ATi is a prime example of a company that knows how to cater to the customer who asks for honesty and more.

DH, between me and you, I think PS has absolutely no clue what is going on and takes the NV news as the real news, kinda like watching CNN only without any other sources.
So for now, we'll pretend he doesn't know the full situation and we'll leave him be to visit on his will forums that actually look at the issue thoroughly.

What's so wrong with having an opinion?? He saw some facts, threw in some personal experience, added a dash of salt, threw it in the oven for 35 minutes at 425 degrees, and came up with an opinion. Why do you care so much? Well, I guess that was a little harsh and not what I meant, but I read your post and it sounded like you were saying "Hey DH, PS is a jackass because he doesn't agree with us, so let's not invite him out to play anymore." Anyway, just wondering why it is such a big deal to you, that's all. Don't want to start a war over PS vs. ATI. =o)

Heheh, it's not that.
It's become established, what nVidia did is wrong. And the people supporting them even today, instead of just putting hope, are wrong in doing so. They will be their demise if they continue to hold out for the "next product which will fix it all". It's amazing how some people can be like that. PS and Flamethrower have been constantly defending what nVidia does in some way or another. And I remember very well what PS' arguments were. I still don't see his point, and since me and DH know the GFX forum and what goes on, I threw in that comment. It's really a between-me-and-you thing that I said to DH.
It's ok though, you didn't know the full story.
Oh and he put it for 45 minutes in the oven, NOT 35 minutes! Overcooking man!
