6600 or 6600GT or 6800 LE

i have an agp 8x based mobo, with athlon 64 3000+(754). which one of
the above cards should i buy?

the 256 mb 6600 or the 128 mb 6600GT? or should i take the risk with
6800LE

and btw, my measly budget of 150 $ puts the 6800 nu out of reach, in
india

Try 6800le i and unlock other pipes, in worst case the card is same as
6600gt so there's nothin to lose !
