Hello,
c:\programFiles(x86)\commonFile\microsoft shared is corrupt and unreadable
how can i solve the problem

Run a sfc scan - microsoft.com

If that does not help then try new user account and if new user works then follow the instructions in this link to fix it:
microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/769495bf-035c-4764-a538-c9b05c22001e1033.mspx

If both the above steps fail then try repairing the Windows 7 Installation or indeed, reinstalling. You will not loose any data or application by doing so.

P'S- Don't worry 'bout the Vista links. The same applies to Win7 as well :)

go to your start menu, in the search box type in CMD. You will see the command prompt, open it up.

Type this in:

sfc /scannow

then press enter. This will scan your computer for corrupt areas and see if it can fix it for you. Try to reinstall after it has finished.
