Hello !
I have 4 e-mails in my inbox that I am unable to delete. I am unable to open
them as well. This problem appeared after I upgraded my ROM to version
1.10.10. and restored all files from my backup. I have no problems to
receive e-mails and I am able to delete all new e-mails but these 4 mails
stay there. Has anyone an idea how I can get rid of them.

Greetings and thanks in advance..

M.Goetz

I guess this is one of the reasons why restoring from an earlier
backup after a ROM update is not endorsed. It can cause all kinds of
mayhem, from bigger ones to smaller ones like this. Hard resetting
your device, and building it up from scratch (syncing your info,
installing your applications, setting your preferences) might prevent
these weird things from happening.

If you do not want to do just that yet, you may want to try to delete
the contents of your Inbox completely by using a database explorer
like the freeware PHM Databases PowerToy (
http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/PowerToys/) or HPC dbExplorer
(http://www.paragraph.com/hpcdbex.html). If that doesn't work, you
might always do the hard reset trick afterwards.
