Whenever I try to download anything, or view different pages online, I get
the following message, I used to be able to view any/all pages, am the
administrator account (only one on computer), and cannot figure out how to
change settings to cure this irritation!! Any help would be appreciated!!!

credentials you supplied.

Sounds like you are behind a firewall router? Dad may have blocked the
sites you are not supposed to visit?
