Another another fighter ... but not a crash

Is it possible to have TWO fighters chasing you?

Right after I posted that last fighter crash (under the bridge near the
dam), I resumed the game and there was IMMEDIATELY another jet following me.
I circled back east and then west again to the same bridge. This jet did NOT
crash out, as you can see in the picture.

Anyway, back to the original question ... Is it possible to have TWO
fighters chasing you?

I've never SEEN more than one at a time, but as I just explained, this one
appeared immediately after the other one crashed out. Strange.

It's possible to have three! It happens if you don't blow them up on the
ship for Toreno's mission.

I've never seen it at just four stars, but it is possible to be chased by
two jets.
