My question is, how do I setup a server that backs up files on another computer in the network in realtime or at 15 minute intervals? I am using WinXP Pro. Do I need to buy additional software or does WinXP have that function built in? Thanks for any advice.

Xp will do the trick. Just share the folder/s you want to back up, use ntbackup and you can schedule the backup jobs.

Thanks for the tip. By saying NTBackup, you mean the backup program in the accessories folder, right? Also, can this program back up in real time? Thanks.
