I have two home PC's, one running Millenium and the other XP Pro. I have been
able to set up the XP Pro PC to access shared files on the PC running
Millenium. However, when I try to access shared files on the XP Pro PC from
the one running Millenium I get a window requesting an access password. I've
never set up an access password in the past. This occurs when I click on the
computer icon for that particular computer in the work group.

Create a user account and password (blank passwords are problematic, but
you could try leaving it blank and if it doesn't work well, assign an
easy password on both machines) on the XP box that is identical to the
one on the ME box.
