Cannot log on

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin (More info?)

There are 2 users on the PC, one cannot log on.and user was put on emergency
logon by PC. I checked the security event viewer and found that an
authentication package has been loaded by local security authority stating
this authentication package will be used to authenticate logon attempts.
Package name D:\windows\system\LSASRV.dll:negotiate Error
codeOxC000006A--Incorrect password was supplied.Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
