Hi
I am trying to see whether there is any automation or logic mechanism that
I can use to link the needed patch reported by MBSA to the SUS's or
Microsoft's patch file name.
Because of some internal structure and limitaion, I cannot use the Windows
update with SUS server.
What I want to do is: I will schedule to run the MBSA daily locally (no
internal, or network) and then start dial up to my SUS server, and then get
the required patch files. What I am missing is the logic or linkage to which
patch to which files. I can manually create a matching table, but I would be
best if there is any logic or information available somewhere.
Thanks in advanced.
